As we approach Thanksgiving and the Christmas Season beyond, I am overwhelmed with gratitude that I have been granted so many blessings - my health, family and my ability to provide a service to others. My day job as a healthcare professional has allowed me to help so many others who have suffered at the hands of severe illnesses. I am lucky to be able to experience little miracles almost every day as I offer treatments for these people. And even in this hobby of model railroading, I often receive great joy from others about the pleasure they receive from the trains I can provide. I only pray that all of you can receive the same joy that I do from providing a service to others.
